Feeder Birds This Week: 4/26

A FIELD SPARROW was singing in the yard and at the feeders on 4/20, only our 3rd ever here. A male EASTERN TOWHEE was under the feeders on 4/24, another scarce bird for us in the feeding station. The biggest highlight was the family group of one female, one male, and 3 juvenile RED CROSSBILLS feeding on White Pine cones in the yard on 4/24.
